Please read these terms carefully before using the traseallo platform.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the traseallo delivery management platform and related services provided by traseallo ("we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using traseallo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services. If you are using traseallo on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
traseallo provides a cloud-based delivery management platform including order management, dispatch, driver management, live tracking, invoicing, analytics, and related features as described on our website.
You must create an account to use traseallo. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
You agree not to: (a) use the platform for illegal purposes, (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems, (c) interfere with the platform's operation, (d) reverse engineer or scrape the platform, or (e) transmit harmful code or content.
The traseallo platform, including all software, designs, content, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, traseallo's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease. You may export your data within 30 days of termination. We may terminate for cause if you violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect.
